Operation Timothy Romania
At
last Operation Timothy Romania is registered. The trust has been started and
will be run by Romanians, Cornel Haures, Dorutu Ilisoi and Alex Clappa.
The aims of the trust will be the same as for Operation Timothy, England but its concentration will be slightly different. It is planned that they will employ young men as pastor/evangelists for groups of villages. These young men, possibly in future drawn from bible school students, will be placed with a small church in a village which has several surrounding villages with no church.
He
will pastor the existing church and reach out, with help, to the surrounding
villages. Support will come from the local church where they are able,
other churches and individuals in Romania, and also from England. Romi is
the first of these pastors. From July, Cornel Costin, Cornel Haures and Romi
will be registered with Operation Timothy Romania. Please pray for the men
and for village evangelism.
