Doina Vasilca
Doina is pictured here with her husband Dani and their 7 year old twin daughters Delia and Andra. Dani works at the Christian print shop in Talmaciu which is supported by 6.L.O. Australia
Doina is a well qualified and highly respected interpreter. She has been interpreter at Talmaciu Bible School in the Sibiu region of Romania since 1992 A qualified children’s worker, she is involved in translating teaching manuals for Child Evangelism Fellowship, and in teaching children's workers for many of the regions of the country. She also does other translation work and is currently working on the story of Eric Liddell which will be published in Suceava and used in the Christian bookshop in Radaudi in which Cornel Haures has some involvement.
She is an active member of her church in Sibiu where she teaches in Sunday school.
During the summer months Doina is involved in missions and children's clubs in the villages where her brothers in law, who are both pastors, are trying to establish churches.
Doina has been an interpreter since 1984 and has been supported since before Operation Timothy came into being in 2000.
